1. Introduction

2. Services
Jelami Tutors provides online educational content in Mathematics, Economics, and Finance, including video lessons, study materials, and academic support. Access to all courses is granted upon successful payment of required fees.
3. Fees and Payment
- Registration Fee: ₦20,000
- Tuition Fee: ₦70,000
Payment is a one-time fee granting access to all available courses.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made in full before access is granted. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Failure to complete payment means no access to course materials.
4. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Jelami Tutors is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
5. Access to Courses
Access is granted after payment confirmation. Courses are for personal use only. Sharing login details or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (videos, notes, graphics, branding) belongs to Jelami Tutors. You may not without written permission:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Sell any content
7. Code of Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Harass or abuse instructors or other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Class Schedule
Classes are scheduled to begin on May 4, 2026. Jelami Tutors reserves the right to adjust schedules where necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jelami Tutors is not responsible for:
- Internet disruptions
- Device incompatibility
- User failure to follow course instructions
We do not guarantee specific academic results, though we aim to provide high-quality education.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or fraudulent activity is detected. No refund will be issued in such cases.
11. Changes to Terms
Jelami Tutors may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
